What do you believe?

Evaluate, (in a moment of peace) which beliefs of yours are limiting, which thoughts shut out others, and which philosophies need updating:

Do you believe you need 3-square meals a day to be healthy?
Do you believe you need to eat BEFORE you get hungry?
Do you believe you need to eat until you are NO longer hungry?
